Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Large Language Models (LLMs), or similar frontier AI technologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
