Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers in developing cutting-edge deep learning models.
- Define technical strategies for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into current workflows.
- Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and security across all deployed AI solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
