Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the high-level technical strategy for our AI infrastructure to support our 2026 roadmap.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype novel algorithms and deep learning models.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training times to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive product strategy from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
