Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for 2026 Systems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Computing to integrate into our core product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for inference speed and memory efficiency on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness and transparency in our algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
