Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical roadmaps into market-ready features.
- Prioritize research initiatives that align with our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and training deep neural networks, NLP, and computer vision systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines for AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
