Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning frameworks designed for 2026-era computational demands.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML researchers and engineers to develop cutting-edge Generative AI models.
- Optimize neural network inference for edge devices and quantum processors.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring fairness and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into innovative user solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in NLP and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
