Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in building autonomous AI agents.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering talent.
