We are a pioneering technology firm looking to define the infrastructure of tomorrow. As a Lead AI Architect for our 2026 Roadmap initiative, you will be responsible for designing scalable, intelligent systems that bridge the gap between current capabilities and future demands.
In this pivotal role, you will not only build state-of-the-art machine learning models but also architect the core cloud infrastructure that supports them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are ready for the next generation of AI evolution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design and implement distributed AI systems using modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the development of proprietary algorithms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high standards of security and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
