Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation AI infrastructure designed for 2026 standards, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for Agentic AI workflows, ensuring seamless integration with legacy enterprise systems.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Multimodal Learning, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize large-scale model inference and reduce latency for real-time decision-making applications.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with experience deploying models to production via Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
