Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for the 2026 core system.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation in AI model training and deployment.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in transformer models, reinforcement learning, and edge AI.
- Optimize AI models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency on next-gen hardware.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI infrastructure roadmap.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and mentoring junior talent.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
