Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical architecture for the 2026 AI Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers, data scientists, and software architects to build scalable AI solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of machine learning models, from prototype to production at scale.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning and Neural Networks to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire diverse engineering teams.
