Role Overview
In this role, you will design the core architecture for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring our AI models are robust, secure, and scalable. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-grade engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge algorithms and models.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI hardware, software, and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
