Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML infrastructure that supports the high-volume demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term AI strategy for the company, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Neural Networks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI models, from initial research and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical and security risks in AI deployment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse technical teams and drive projects from concept to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
