Responsibilities
- Develop cross-disciplinary innovation frameworks integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI
- Lead stakeholder workshops to map 2026 technology adoption curves across Fortune 500 partners
- Architect ethical AI governance protocols for next-gen autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for emerging technology prototyping
- Publish quarterly white papers on future tech disruption vectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published work in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation from prototype to global deployment
