- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Proven track record launching products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) or Futurism methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and venture capital communities
