Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch minimum viable products for future markets
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed innovation into corporate strategy
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor committees
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation, product development, or strategic consulting with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, or space tech)
- Track record of launching products/services with >$10M ARR
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams (50+ members)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean, Lean Startup)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
