- Develop and maintain Horizon's 5-year strategic innovation framework with measurable KPIs
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test future business models
- Architect pilot programs for emerging technologies with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Present future insights to Fortune 500 clients through keynote speeches and white papers
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and innovation specialists
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate R&D, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar platforms
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation initiatives with $1M+ budgets
