Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling cutting-edge solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of experimentation
- Drive commercialization of 3-5 high-impact projects annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing budgets >$5M for innovation initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
