- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget and resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across engineering and design disciplines
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of shipping quantum/AI products at scale
- Expertise in agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Exceptional strategic vision with ability to translate concepts to market-ready solutions
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
