Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable impact on business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends for strategic investment opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Drive R&D initiatives through agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation portfolios to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
