Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation pipeline, aligning with UN SDG and climate-tech imperatives
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptography implementations and decentralized identity systems
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for bi-AI (Artificial Intelligence + Augmented Intelligence) integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Chair the Ethics in AI committee, developing industry-first transparency protocols
- Present at Davos, Web Summit, and CES on the future of human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven scaling of ventures from concept to unicorn status ($1B+ valuation)
- Fluency in at least two of: Rust, Q#, or TensorFlow Quantum
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Biology, or equivalent disruptive field
- Patents in at least two of: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or fusion energy
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and B Corp certification
