Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market deployment
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with 2026 strategic roadmap
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation pods with 5-8 specialists
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureWorks Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (min. $50M ARR)
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and lean startup principles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (2026+ horizon)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
