Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into actionable product concepts
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present innovation forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Design and implement pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CIPF)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
