- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Champion agile methodologies in experimental development environments
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 20+ annual patent filings
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ industry-disrupting products by 2020
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, or biotech integration
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Global network of 500+ innovators across tech, academia, and policy
