Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and oversee the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct rigorous research and prototyping to validate new concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead diverse teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to execute complex innovation projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Intellectual Property: Oversee the patenting and documentation of proprietary technologies developed by the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and leading teams through significant industry shifts.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Data Analytics.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
