Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for weekend deliveries within Houston metro area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday-Sunday shifts)
- Familiarity with Houston area routes
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
