Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or retail goods to customers across Phoenix metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using GPS-enabled mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix roadways and navigation apps
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Pass background check and drug screening
