Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Milwaukee's routes efficiently
- Load/unload packages with precision and care
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team
- Represent SwiftLogistics with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee area and GPS navigation
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to depot location
