Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for weekend deliveries (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Execute multi-stop routes within Fort Worth metroplex and Texas Triangle
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure cargo security and adherence to DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
