Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Complete multi-stop routes with precise time management
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Communicate with dispatch via ELD systems for real-time updates
- Resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Massachusetts/Northeast corridor geography
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Twic card preferred but not required
