Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) within assigned routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage tight delivery schedules and prioritize efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
- Knowledge of Austin metro area and surrounding regions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts as needed
