Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to designated locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating vehicles
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, maintenance, cleanliness) before and after shifts
- Communicate delivery status and delays via mobile tracking systems
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution points
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation tools
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle (subject to verification)
- Smartphone with data plan for delivery tracking apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Dallas area
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
