Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within El Paso metro area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize time efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-shift and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of El Paso geography
