Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Phoenix metropolitan area
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and optimize routes using GPS technology
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Uphold company standards for package security and handling protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Phoenix roadways
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
