Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) safely and efficiently over designated routes in Colorado and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring cargo security and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to optimize routes and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable truck driving experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
