Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages and restaurant orders to customers across Jacksonville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking for route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle special requests
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and communicate ETAs
- Adhere to food safety protocols during transport and storage of temperature-sensitive items
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely in urban and suburban environments
- Strong time management skills with punctual delivery performance
