Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Atlanta
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe loading/unloading procedures
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
- Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
