Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation (electronic or paper).
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B preferred, but not required for entry level positions).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic English language skills for communication.
- Physical ability to load and unload freight and operate vehicle controls.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
