Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential/commercial addresses across Charlotte
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during point-of-contact interactions
- Operate GPS navigation systems efficiently to optimize delivery routes
- Handle package loading/unloading with care and precision
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in variable weather conditions
