Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations across Charlotte
- Load/unload packages with care to prevent damage and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to optimized routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain vehicle logs per company standards
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes for weather or traffic conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Charlotte area preferred
