Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across Denver metro and Texas routes
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks
- Support cross-state operations including Texas routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience or recent CDL graduate
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight Texas routes (paid per diem)
