Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to customers using company vehicles
- Follow designated routes and optimize delivery schedules for maximum efficiency
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- No prior delivery experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
