Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to customers in a safe, timely, and legal manner.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and resolve delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Complete all required paperwork and electronic logging duties accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred; Class B with clean record is acceptable.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial environment.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
