Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using a handheld device.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the designated route.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package inquiries professionally.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Update delivery status in real-time via the company app.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery exceptions immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and updates.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
