Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across El Paso
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status or route challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso depot for shift start
