Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial destinations within the El Paso area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of the public and cargo.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and handle package handling with care.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for mechanical issues or damages before and after each shift.
- Utilize mobile delivery apps and handheld scanners to track routes and confirm deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, ensuring weight limits are respected.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) required.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (for some roles) or willingness to drive a company vehicle.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
