Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial customers in the New Orleans area.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using proper lifting techniques.
- Verify delivery details and obtain electronic signatures upon completion.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle remains clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor with customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app usage.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
