Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Maintain strict compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adapt to changing delivery schedules and routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
