Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (semi-trucks) for regional routes during overnight shifts
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Manage accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
- Proactively address potential route challenges and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb equipment safely
- Passing DOT physical and drug screening required
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Texas roadways
- Flexibility for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
