Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (semi-trucks) for local and regional routes during night shifts
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs per DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Communicate with clients and warehouse personnel regarding shipment status
- Adhere to all safety policies and maintain clean driving record
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
